Another star of old Hollywood has gone out; George Kennedy passed away on Sunday aged 91
The hulking blonde actor's credits are innumerable, but he's perhaps best remembered for his Oscar winning turn in the 1967 prison film classic Cool Hand Luke. Other roles included Airport, Earthquake, The Dirty Dozen, Guns of the Magnificent Seven, Death on the Nile, Delta Force and Charade. He later starred in Dallas and as Leslie Nielson's long suffering superior in the Naked Gun movies. His last on-screen role was in the Mark Wahlberg remake The Gambler in 2014.
