Read Between the Lines

Unemployment down

But the big question being left unasked, was actually briefly addressed over on the noxious Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2 this afternoon, in reference to this somewhat less than prominent news story

Now doubt the Tories, chief amongst them the odious Iain Duncan-Smith and Esther McVey, will be focusing on the fact that the figures have dropped, but reading between the lines, the big question remains; where are the people signing off benefit going to? Because if the bullying methods of strict and persistent sanctioning is working, they're not necessarily signing off because they've found work.
