Singing the Blues in Red
I still can't believe I watched that film right the way through. AND Atonement. AND The Edge of Love.I'm pathetic. It's a kind of slavery. I'm not proud.
Aw I actually like all three films. Whilst Keira's involvement is key, I do feel I'd still enjoy them. Though Domino is a little overbearing in places
That makes me feel a bit better, but I still have to accept that I'd watch her in ANYTHING. I'd have gone to see Johnny English 2 if she was in it.
Let's face it look at that photo; what red blooded male wouldn't want to watch that film?;)I do genuinely feel Atonement is a great film though.
^^ Atonement's the only one of these I'd say I genuinely like. Domino is a kind of fascinating mess, but I'm afraid I just found The Edge of Love dull on the whole.
Fascinating mess, yes I think that sums it up. It always struck me as hilarious that someone being billed as 'this generation's Julie Christie' would, when getting her first Hollywood film, be playing a hard ass gun toting bounty hunter! *rolls eyes*I still don't know why they explicitly stated Domino was a real person and that that real person was Laurence Harvey's daughter, and then pretend that Laurence passed away in the early 90s when in fact as we all know he carked it in the late 70s?!
